State Level Co-ordination Committee for the ICDPS

The department has constituted a State Level Co-ordination Committee for the ICDPs with the following members to ensure proper formulation and accelerated implementation of the ICDP in South Garo Hills, and Ri-Bhoi and  some part of East Khasi Hills, Districts with immediate effect and until further order.

The function of the Committee would be.  

  1. The Committee should meet at least twice in a year during the project period.

  2. To ensure inter-departmental co-ordination for smooth implementation of ICDP.

  3. To review the progress of implementation of 2(two) ICDPs In the State i.e. in the Districts of South Garo Hills , Ri -Bhoi and some part of East Khasi  Hills.                                                                  

  4. To suggest measure to remove bottlenecks for smooth implementation of the project.

  5. Matter relating to changes in policies with inter-sector adjustment, activities and financial outlay and to discuss and decide in the committee.

  6. Any other relevant matter.
