Board of Directors of the Meghalaya State Warehousing Corporation

 

Under provisions of Section 20(1)(a) of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962, the government of Meghalaya has constituted a Board of Directors of the Meghalaya State warehousing Corporation, which is responsible for the general superintendence and management of the affairs of the Meghalaya State Warehousing Corporation. The term of the Board of Directors of the Meghalaya State Warehousing Corporation is for a period of three years .The composition of the Board of Directors is 11 (Eleven), of which the Central Warehousing Corporation nominates 5 (Five) members and so also the State Government. The State Government appoints the Chairman and the Managing Director.
